Time Trial
Join us on the first Monday of each month. A fixed 5 mile course on the flat. In the winter this runs from Cromford crossroads to Matlock and return. In the spring and summer, the route runs from the Sheepwash car park at Carsington Water to the far side of the dam and back. We meet by 7pm, but operate a staggered start to ensure finishers arrive back at roughly the same time.. Good fun, not competitive, but a great way to measure your personal improvement through the year.
